The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, stressed that the Town of Araira, in the municipality of Zamora in the state of Miranda, is clear that Venezuela is no one's colony and defends its sovereignty and greatness.

This was stated by the head of state, in his account on the social network X, when referring to the massive mobilization in the aforementioned sector of the country, where communities demanded the lifting of illegal sanctions and reiterated their support for the Bolivarian Revolution.

In the message, he stressed that “back in Araira, Zamora municipality, Miranda state, I saw patriotic and fierce women, youth and men mobilized”.

He added that they were “demanding the cessation of illegal and genocidal sanctions, letting them know that Venezuela is no one's colony and defends its sovereignty and greatness.”

“What a force that of the people walking in the streets!” , he said.
