The United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in Aragua has brought together, in meetings with the Organized Popular Power, more than 1,800 proposals, which will be submitted to the Congress of the Historical Bloc to be held from October 31 to November 2 in the city of Caracas.

At the end of a regular meeting of the State Political Team of the Red Awning, the secretary of organization José Gregorio Colmenares reported that “in the heat of the debate, we have discussed profound issues of the organization of our party, issues of management and development of the different tasks that we have designed for the 18 municipalities of the entity. We have a balance of the organic agenda of the actions of the red awning, since we are in a process of resignification of our media and grassroots political structures, that is, the municipal, parish, UBCH, communities and streets political teams.”

Colmenares specified that the members of the State political team also analyzed and evaluated the actions resulting from the assemblies held for the Congress of the Historical Bloc to be held in Caracas.

“We have toured the entire state of Aragua. The 1,957 communal councils of the territory debated fascism and Homeland; Concrete Agenda for Action and 7T, then we moved forward to taking the discussion to the Community Circuits and Communes and this Saturday we held a large meeting to collect all the proposals that were able to be taken from those grassroots assemblies in a Grand State Plenary. In total, 1,800 proposals were received,” added the organization's secretary.

Colmenares pointed out that to the same extent, work continues to strengthen youth Popular Power and its consolidation of our young people in the different structures of the communes, so he took the opportunity to call on the members of the young and great generation to join these days that are taking place throughout the state.
