The population of Apurea receives a special full day of dentistry at Misión Sonrisa

In the framework of the anniversary of the Smile Mission, a special comprehensive dental day was held this Sunday, which benefited more than 150 people of different ages, said the Minister of People's Power for Health, Magaly Gutiérrez.

Through her social networks, the official explained that the activity, instructed by President Nicolás Maduro, “included the placement of prostheses, dental cleaning, specialized consultations and dental extractions.”

The Smile Mission reached its 18th anniversary this Friday, November 22, 2024, with the commitment, dedication and dedication of dental professionals who provide free care to the Venezuelan population, after its creation by Commander Hugo Chávez in 2006 and deepened by President Maduro.
