The Bolivarian Government is moving forward with the rehabilitation of the fountain located in the Redoma Juana La Avanzadora, one of the emblematic spaces in the center of Maturín and a historical and artistic reference in the Monagas state.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the tasks include the comprehensive conditioning of the structure through days of cleaning, sanding surfaces and applying waterproofing materials aimed at improving its conservation and extending its useful life.

The fountain is part of the Juana La Avanzadora Network, a strategic point in the capital of Monagua that connects important traffic routes, including Bolívar and Luis del Valle García avenues, through which an important traffic flow passes daily.

The works are carried out jointly by the Ministry for Public Works and Hidroven, as part of actions aimed at the recovery of urban spaces and heritage elements of the city.
