The Bolivarian Government handed over the fully rehabilitated Nueva Fuente multipurpose court in Caracas

The Bolivarian Government handed over the fully recovered multipurpose court to the Nueva Fuente community, located in the El Paraíso parish of Caracas.

The activity was led by the Deputy Minister of Sports Massification, Juan Carlos Amarante, who highlighted the importance of inter-institutional coordination to guarantee decent spaces aimed at healthy leisure, recreation and sports training for children, young people and older adults.

“This delivery represents the State's commitment to our communities. Recovering a court is not just painting a slab and placing rings; it's providing youth with tools for life, coexistence and peace through sports,” said Amarante.

This work has a direct impact on 356 families in the sector, it was possible thanks to the joint work between the Workers' Digital Bank (BDT), the National Superintendency of Equestrian Activities (SUNAHIP), the Ministry of Popular Power for Sports and Popular Power organized through the Nueva Fuente Community Council.

Spokesmen for the Nueva Fuente Community Council expressed their gratitude to the institutions involved for responding to the community's call, confirming their commitment to ensure the care, self-management and educational use of facilities for community tournaments, sports clinics and training activities
