With the objective of optimizing passability and ensuring road safety in high-flow areas of the capital, the Sectorial Vice Presidency for Public Works and Services deployed a full day of maintenance and infrastructure at the accesses to the Pan-American Highway and the vicinity of the Simón Bolívar Monumental Stadium.
The tasks included the installation of 150 tons of asphalt to correct faults in the bearing layer, complemented by linear and continuous demarcation work, as well as the painting of paving stones and fenders.
These actions are part of the Venezuela Renace Plan, which promotes the recovery of road arteries in Caracas and adjacent areas, aimed at providing safer and more marked roads for both drivers and pedestrians.
Simultaneously, the crews carried out deep cleaning, weeding and removal of waste on the sides and green areas of the sector, significantly improving the visibility and environmental conditions of the environment.
The comprehensive intervention not only strengthens the durability of the existing infrastructure, but it also enhances urban landscaping at one of the busiest entrances to the city and in the vicinity of this emblematic sports and cultural venue.
With these works, the authorities reaffirm their commitment to maintaining efficient public services and reclaimed spaces for the well-being of citizens.
