Teachers will receive medical care and special credits

The Minister of Popular Power for Education, Héctor Rodríguez, presented a health care plan and special credits to significantly improve the living conditions of teachers in the country.
With the objective of recognizing their fundamental role in the educational development of the nation. The program will take effect next Monday, September 23, and will offer a series of comprehensive benefits aimed at meeting the diverse needs of teachers.
During his social media announcement, Rodríguez highlighted that the plan includes comprehensive medical care, provision of uniforms, housing support, training grants and access to credit.
In order to ensure the effective implementation of these initiatives, agreements were established with various institutions and public banks. This collaborative approach will ensure that the measures respond to the real needs of educators.
Rodríguez reiterated that “the Ministry of Education is making efforts for the welfare of teachers, promoting a fairer and more equitable work environment, valuing the essential work they play in the training of future generations.”
