This Tuesday, January 23, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, accompanied the Bolivarian Fury in Táchira, who mobilized for peace and against the coup and violence.
During the activity, Cabe said he was very moved because during the march the People of San Cristóbal came to express their support for the Bolivarian Government. “We were approached by young people, high school students and we looked into their eyes, because we know that this is the future of the Fatherland,” he said.
He also emphasized that in the face of the conspiratorial plans of the right, the Bolivarian Fury will remain mobilized and will counterattack.
“Now it's our turn, now they're going to see that the green cambur does stain, now they're going to see what it's like, it's up to the counterattack of the Bolivarian Fury (...) we'll leave San Cristóbal joining historic dates from January 23 to February 4, Dignity Day, and to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the arrival to the presidency of the Republic of our beloved Commander Hugo Chávez,” he said.
In the same way, he expressed the solidarity of the entire people with the 21st Infantry Brigade. “For them our love, our respect and admiration,” he said and recalled that “there are the soldiers, women and men that the fascist right wing, the terrorists, the mercenaries, thought this was an easy task and -they sent -four traitors to the Homeland who thought they were going to defeat the morale of the Bolivarian troop of our Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB)”.
For his part, the governor of the state of Táchira, Freddy Bernal, stressed that the People took to “the streets to reaffirm peace, sovereignty, trust and prosperity, which only guarantees a revolutionary government”.
