The 2024 Copa Libertadores drew groups for the champion and runner-up clubs in South America, including the Venezuelan teams Deportivo Táchira and Caracas FC.

Both teams will seek to exceed expectations in the most prestigious tournament in America and for this they must go beyond the group stage of this tournament. In the case of the reigning Venezuelan champion, Deportivo Táchira will face Libertad, River Plate and Nacional, while Caracas FC will do the same with Peñarol, Atlético Mineiro and Rosario Central.

The reigning champions of the FutVE League, under the supervision of Eduardo Saragó, and those from the capital, led by Leonardo González, face with determination and optimism the draw that will define their rivals, marking a crucial chapter in their continental journey.
