SUNDDE has a free telephone service for complaints

The National Superintendency for the Defense of Socioeconomic Rights (SUNDDE) set up the 0800-LOJUSTO telephone line (0800-565-87-86), so that users can get advice, ask questions and request the status of their complaints.

For these requirements, SUNDDE telephone operators will request, in case of inquiries and advice, data such as: name, ID and telephone number. When it comes to the status of the complaint, the number of the procedure carried out is added to it, in order to speed up the process and ensure better care.

This completely free service is operational from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

SUNDDE recalls that, to make a complaint, the interested party can visit our web portal (https://denuncias.sundde.gob.ve/) and enter the following data: name, address, reference point and RIF; in addition to attaching a signed letter of explanation, among other documents that support the request.

In addition, the user can also approach the state coordination closest to their home.
