This Wednesday, Sudan experienced a situation of violence and killings due to clashes between the Army and the paramilitary group of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). An incident in the city of Tora, Darfur, left 54 dead and around 23 injured.

In addition, the Sovereign Transitional Council (CST) and the paramilitary group released discordant versions of the air attack: the former describes the accusation as “incorrect”, while the latter accuse him of committing a war crime.

Non-Governmental Organizations point out that more than half of the fatalities of the attack are women who were in a local market in the Darfur region.
