“We are not going to allow the murderous paramilitary guarimbas to return, so we have to be vigilantes of peace, keepers of peace, and I tell you by the power of God, in Venezuela I guarantee peace before, during and after the elections.”

With this assertion, and I urge that destabilizing groups that intend to sing fraud and promote violent protests based on the election results of July 28, the candidate for presidential re-election by the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar, Nicolás Maduro, be blocked.
