Social Vice Presidency agreed on actions to strengthen Popular Power

The ministers who make up the Vice Presidency for Social and Territorial Socialism met this Tuesday, October 22, to organize the tasks posed by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during his weekly program “With Maduro+”, in which he addressed the strengthening of Popular Power.
The sectoral vice-president, Héctor Rodríguez, on his account of the social network Instagram, reported that at the meeting they agreed to reorganize and validate the communal circuits with a view to achieving the consolidation of 5 thousand communes by 2026 and, depending on this, to harmonize the criteria for the territorial approach of State policies.
They also approved accelerating the Territorialization Plan for the Six Great New Generation Missions, which includes: Forming teams in communal circuits, forming the vanguard at the national level and organizational meetings in communities.
In addition, the conceptual, programmatic and infrastructure proposal of the University of the Communes will be designed, as well as accelerating the reform process of the 5 laws of People's Power and the National Budget Law.
