Single Authority of Cumanacoa: 4,000 homes have been verified affected by the rains

The Single Authority of Cumanacoa, M/G Nayade Lockiby Belmontes, reported that through Civil Protection, 4,000 of the 7,970 homes affected by the rains have been verified, with a view to completing the census.

He also specified that more than 86 machines have been deployed to collect debris in the town of Cumanacoa, in the state of Sucre, commenting on a set of works being carried out in the state, following the effects of the rains caused by the hit of hurricane Berly.

Belmonte noted that the issue of drinking water and food is being guaranteed through authorized feeding houses in the town of Cumanacoa.
