SERGIO RODRÍGUEZ IS MURDERED BY METROPOLITAN POLICE OFFICERS

- Sergio “El Flaco” Rodríguez is another of the thousands of victims of the repression of the Fourth Republic.
- His assassination occurred during Ramón J. Velázquez's brief presidency (05-06-93 to 02-02-94), when he was chased and shot at the corner of El Chorro on Avenida Universidad de Caracas, by agents of the Metropolitan Police (PM).
- Forensic medical information indicated that the shot that took the life of Sergio Enrique Rodríguez Jansen was fired remotely and the projectile was fired by an expert.
