SENIAT raised more than 36 billion bolivars in the month of March

Through the social network X, the National Customs and Tax Superintendent, José David Cabello, reported that the National Integrated Customs and Tax Administration Service (SENIAT) raised 36 billion 855 million 472 thousand 89 bolivars, equivalent to 17 million 1,325 Petros during the month of March 2024.
“Today #1Abr complying with Pdte's instruction. @NicolasMaduro reported that @SENIAT_Oficial closed March with a collection of Bs. 36,855,472,089, or 17,001,325 Petros. #SENIATPotenciaLaEconomía,” Cabello said on the social network this Monday.
He also explained that by Income Tax (ISLR) the regulatory body managed to collect 18 billion 528 million 231 thousand 559 bolivars, that is, 8 million 547 thousand 21 Petros; while for the Value Added Tax (VAT), the amount collected was 10 billion 94 million 193 thousand 135 bolivars, equivalent to 4 million 656 thousand 423 Petros.
He indicated that in terms of customs, it was possible to collect 4 billion 191 million 219 thousand 79 bolivars, with a result in Petros of 1 million 933 thousand 397. In addition, he pointed out that what was obtained in other Internal Revenues was 4 billion 41 million 828 thousand 316 bolivars, which is equivalent to 1 million 864,484 Petros.
It is important to mention that so far this year SENIAT has raised 82 billion 444 billion 299 thousand 789, which is equivalent to 38 million 031,322 Petros, according to information from the superintendency.
