During a solemn ceremony, this Thursday, the National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences (SENAMECF) awarded academic certificates to 410 professionals trained through specialized programs in conjunction with the National Experimental Security University (UNES).

The deputy director of SENAMECF, Sinuhé Villalobos, highlighted the impact of institutional training and noted that the graduates received competencies of “very high theoretical, technical and humanistic value” aimed at strengthening the judicial system.

Villalobos indicated that the accreditation covers diplomas in university teaching, progressive use of police force, lophoscopic expertise, forensic entomology and autopsy techniques, and emphasized the importance of investigative work in the country.

In this regard, he argued that, “each expert examination you carry out, each class you teach and each procedure that you carry out under the principles of science and the law constitutes a protective shield for justice, peace and the rights of our people.”

Finally, he urged graduates to continue their professional practice with scientific rigor, noting that, “Venezuela requires professionals who are increasingly prepared, ethical and aware that criminal investigation is a vital tool for democratic coexistence.”
