Sectorial vice-presidency of services was deployed on the Caracas-La Guaira Old Highway

The sector vice-president of public works and services, Néstor Reverol, led a deployment on the old Caracas - La Guaira highway with the purpose of executing work tables to identify the needs of the population and take the necessary actions to meet them.

During a contact with Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), Reverol highlighted that the Ministry of Water Care, in response to community demands, will begin the installation of more than 2,500 kilometers of pipes and will deal with breakdowns in the coming days, in order to guarantee the supply of drinking water.

He also announced the start of a plan for patching and managing solid waste in collaboration with the government of the Capital District and the mayor's office of Caracas, as part of the actions framed in the 1x10 of Good Governance.

For his part, the head of Government of the Capital District, Nahum Fernández, reported that more than 36 projects were “engaged” to ensure services to the community. One of the commitments made concerns attention to the main road in this town, in response to the needs posed by the spokespersons of the territorial axes corresponding to the Plan of Manzano and El Limón.

In addition, during the deployment, 117 social assistance requested through the 1x10 of Good Government was provided, as highlighted by the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Melendez.

In this regard, he undertook to establish a room for monitoring and controlling the commitments made, with the objective of meeting the demands of the people within an estimated period of one and a half months.
