This Saturday, through a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia warned that the Zionist regime of Israel could cause “an imminent humanitarian disaster” in the city of Rafa.

“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia warns of the very serious repercussions of the assault and attack on the city of Rafa in the Gaza Strip, which is the last resort for hundreds of thousands of civilians forced to flee by brutal Israeli aggression,” the statement said.

In this regard, Saudi Arabia categorically rejected Israel's push this situation to the limit while reiterating “its call for a ceasefire in Gaza”.

“This continuous violation of international law and international humanitarian law confirms the need for an urgent convening of the UN Security Council to prevent Israel from causing an imminent humanitarian disaster for which all those who support the aggression are responsible,” he concluded.

According to what was published by the RT web portal, Saudi Arabia's statements are due to the fact that the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, ordered his Army to evacuate overcrowded Palestinian civilians in the city of Rafa.
