SAREN activates a new digital platform to facilitate and expedite procedures in the notary service

The press staff of the Autonomous Service of Registries and Notaries (Saren) announced that, since last Monday, October 21, a new digital platform has been implemented, with the objective of guaranteeing an agile and easy process for the population to carry out public notaries.

In this regard, it was announced that, “they are undergoing a technological transformation”, which allows this platform to streamline competent processes for the benefit of users, a mechanism that will initially be in the state of Miranda, La Guaira and the Capital District.

On the other hand, the press team of the Institute of Registries and Notaries mentioned that their services “changed forever”, so they insisted that users should not worry about the long queues that usually arise at the time of the various procedures.

In addition, he also added that they will be able to upload the document from any corner of the country, seven days a week and regardless of the time. Once the procedure is completed, the document will be sent to the user's email, which will be verified by biometric validation, as well as by digital signature and photograph of the grantors.
