Sao Paulo Forum congratulated President Maduro and the Venezuelan people for the victory

The Sao Paulo Forum, the largest and most comprehensive coordinating organization of forces, movements, groups and political parties in Latin America and the Caribbean, celebrated Nicolás Maduro's massive attendance and victory for democracy in the presidential elections on July 28.
