Through the social network XE, the Venezuelan ambassador to the United Nations (UN), Samuel Moncada, reported that the former official of the United States, Elliott Abrams, returns for revenge against our country by asking the current president of the northern nation, Joe Biden, to ignore the electoral results and attacks against oil production.

“War criminal Elliot Abrams is the best defender of the U.S. candidate in elections in Venezuela. To favor his local agent, he asks Biden to destroy Venezuelan oil production. According to Abrams, if with more sanctions his puppet does not win the elections, the United States should not know the results,” said Moncada.

In that sense, he specified that these actions are only about “a new coup d'etat. They are the same people who have been trying since 2002 (...) Now he comes back for a rematch.”

He recalled that Abrams has been convicted of the Iran-Contras case (1991), he has also been an accomplice in the El Mozote massacre in El Salvador, more than a thousand civilians killed (1981); he sent weapons to Nicaragua disguised as humanitarian aid (1987), planned a coup against President Hugo Chu Once upon a time (2002) and helped plan the invasion of Iraq (2003).

In turn, he specified that Abrams was at the forefront of the economic war against Venezuela and planned the invasion disguised as humanitarian aid (2019).
