Safe Holy Week Plan 2024 was deployed to serve the country's parishioners

The Director General of Crime Prevention, Edgar Arteaga, highlighted that this Holy Week 2024 “a device was designed to address and monitor road safety, tourist transport and the route of the seven temples” during Major Week.

During the Al Aire program, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), Arteaga stressed that 163,000 officials will guarantee the enjoyment of citizens throughout the country.

The Bolivarian National Police Corps (CPNB), state and municipal police, the Criminal and Criminal Scientific Investigations Corps (CICPC), the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), for the care and security of all tolls and trunks in the country,” he explained.


According to what was published on the VTV web portal, the director general indicated that the work will be carried out jointly with the “Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism, the entities of the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA), the security agencies of the national Government, have a responsibility for transporting people who wish to visit spas, rivers, beaches, tourist centers and religious temples on all trunk roads and highways at the national level”.
