Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal case for the terrorist attack on a concert hall

This Friday, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case into the terrorist attack after a mass shooting occurred at the Crocus City Hall concert hall, located in the province of Moscow.
The agency indicated that an operational investigative group of the central apparatus of the Investigations Committee went to the scene of the events.
Russia Today (RT) reports that an unofficial report has been released that more than 30 people have died and up to 130 injured. More than 50 ambulances were sent to the scene. A heavy fire broke out at the site and the roof is reported to have collapsed.
