Russia shows its tourism potential as guest of honor at FITVEN 2024

At the International Tourism Fair 2024 (FITVEN), which takes place in the state of Tachira, the Russian Federation is the “guest of honor” country.
In its pavilion, visitors can immerse themselves in the rich cultural heritage and discover unique tourist routes through multinational Russia.
The inauguration of the Fair, held this Thursday, November 28, by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, together with the Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Leticia Gómez, also accompanied by the Russian ambassador to the country, Sergey Mélik-Bagdasárov, on behalf of President Vladimir Putin.
“FITVEN is a key platform for promoting mutual tourist exchange and showcasing Russia's unique opportunities as a travel destination,” said the senior Russian diplomat.
The authorities and visitors showed special interest in the Russian exhibition, which shows the tourist services developed by the Asian giant.
It also shows Russian-Venezuelan relations in the field of tourism, which are still in full development and dynamically, thanks largely to regular direct flights operated by the Venezuelan Consortium of Aeronautical Industries and Air Services (CONVIASA).
