This Tuesday, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, said that they will “undoubtedly” reach all those who benefited from the terrorist attack on March 22 at the Crocus City Hall concert hall.

According to detailed information by Russia Today (RT), Putin said that “it is important that we identify not only the direct perpetrators, but also all the links in the chain of ultimate criminal beneficiaries of this atrocity. We will definitely get to them.”

The president argued that charges of crimes for money “are not unique cases.” “Those who use this weapon, and this weapon is being used against Russia, it's obvious today, should understand that it's double-edged,” he warned.
