This Friday, the spokeswoman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, assured that France and the United Kingdom actively supported Kiev in an attack on the infrastructure of the Sudzha oil pipeline, in the Russian region of Kursk.
Russia Today (RT), added that previously, the Ministry of Defense stated that a measurement facility was de facto destroyed in a Ukrainian attack with the HIMARS system.
“We have reason to believe that orientation and navigation were facilitated by French satellites and that British specialists entered the coordinates (of the target) and launched (the missiles),” Zakharova said.
“The order came from London,” he said, calling the attack part of a Ukrainian terrorist campaign directed against Russian energy infrastructure. The spokeswoman added that such actions demonstrate that it is “impossible to negotiate with Kiev”.
On March 18, Moscow ordered the cessation of attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, following a phone call between Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.
The Russian Federation and the United States also agreed earlier this week on a list of energy facilities that should not be attacked as part of a truce. The list included gas installations.
