Rougned Odor won the LVBP Best Player of the Week award for the first time in his career

The player of the Aguilas del Zulia, Rougned Odor, was recognized as the Best Player of the tenth week of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP).
Odor led the league in slugging (1,118) and OPS (1,718), while finishing second in average (.529) and on-base percentage (.600). He racked up a double and three home runs, scored four times and drove in seven lines, LVBP press reports .
In his five challenges, the former grandeliga negotiated a couple of tickets, struck out once and his four extra bases represented the third highest total among his colleagues, plus he got 19 pads.
Odor took 96% of the electronic ballots issued by accredited journalists to cover the incidents of the 2024-2025 campaign. This is the first time in the marabino's career that he has won the distinction.
His only rival in the election was Joshua Cornielly, Caracas's stellar reliever, who won 4% of the vote.
