The president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, said that the Venezuelan extreme right “always uses the same plot and expedient” and has given the sword to all dialogue efforts over the past 11 years.

In that direction, he emphasized that he did not know in the political history of this continent, “some Presidents who have summoned more of their adversaries, who are often their enemies, because they have even threatened the life and stability of the Bolivarian Revolution, than the times that President Chávez and President Maduro did so.”

This was stated by Rodríguez, in the broadcast of episode number 6, of his weekly podcast “Maduro Podcast”, hosted by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

He recalled that President Maduro “the same as your election, on April 14, 2013, you summoned those who were calling for violence and a process of dialogue to begin.”

“Between 2018 and 2020, we made 20 substantiated complaints of serious acts against the stability of the Republic and the peace of the Republic,” he stressed.
