Rodríguez to the extreme right: In Venezuela there will be presidential elections in 2024

The president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, confirmed to the sectors of the Venezuelan extreme right that this year 2024 “rain, shine or flash in Venezuela there will be presidential elections”, recalling the words of the First National President, Nicolás Maduro.

In this regard, during a press conference, Rodríguez indicated that the country cannot be incorporated “into anyone's delusional system, if someone has paranoid, grandiose or megalomaniac delusions, that is a problem for everyone and their psychiatrist, we have to respect and ensure respect for what is established here (in the Constitution).”

He recalled that in the Constitution of the Republic it is established that on January 10 of the year 2025 “the President of the Republic duly elected in the year 2024 takes office and that is what he will do”.
