Rodríguez: More than 85,000 tons of food have been distributed so far in 2024

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that more than 85,000 tons of food have been distributed throughout the country so far in 2024 at the Sovereign Field Fair.
In this regard, he indicated that 19,000 tons are being distributed this month of June, and he also noted that President Nicolás Maduro gave precise instructions to give grandparents a Special Clap.
“This special combo has fruits, vegetables, vegetables and proteins; it's a complete plan for our grandmothers and grandmothers,” he said.
He stressed that this is part of guaranteeing food to the people who have been victims of the economic blockade.
“Structures must continue to be massed through the Clap,” he stressed.
