As part of the 100% National Schooling Program, the U.E.B. Emelina Guerra, located in the El Milagro sector of Juan José Flores parish, in Puerto Cabello, Carabobo state, has been rehabilitated, a project that directly benefits 175 schoolchildren and strengthens the region's educational infrastructure.

The governor of the entity, Rafael Lacava, explained that the remodeling of the institution covered all spaces: kitchen, classrooms, warehouses, external and internal areas, bathrooms, courts and façade, with the purpose of optimizing the conditions of public system campuses in the region.

In this regard, the entity's sole education authority, Xiomara Luna, stressed that this rehabilitation is part of a plan articulated between levels of government and communities, which guarantees collective well-being and training opportunities for more than 63,000 students who are educated daily in the region together with teachers, administrative staff, workers and mother cooks.

For her part, the director in charge, María Isabel Godoy Gil, expressed her gratitude to the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, and to the governor of the entity, Rafael Lacava, for demonstrating that boys and girls, together with their teachers, are fundamental pillars in the country's educational advances.

He stressed that the institution, with 59 years of experience, offers initial and primary education, as well as extracurricular units in art, sports, dance, music and computer science, consolidating itself as an integral space for the development of boys and girls.

The rehabilitation honors the memory of the teacher Emelina Guerra, turning the school into an epicenter of social integration where family, community and organizations actively participate in the formation of new generations.
