Rehabilitation of schools affected by the double earthquake in Miranda progresses

As part of the care plan following the earthquake events in the region, the Minister of Popular Power for Education, Héctor Rodríguez, inspected this Friday, October 2, the restructuring work in the Regulo-Rico State Educational Unit, located in Guarenas.

In a video published on his social networks, he points out that this infrastructure is part of a lot of 10 schools that are being intervened as a matter of priority in that town.

He pointed out that the work responds to a joint deployment between the national, regional, municipal and communal levels of government, an articulation that allows direct attention to more than 1,000 educational centers distributed in the 21 municipalities affected by the contingency.

During the tour, it was emphasized that the central objective of these works is to protect the safety and integrity of the student population, ensuring that training spaces meet the optimal infrastructure conditions for integral development and the safe return to the classrooms of boys, girls and young people.
