Regions begin to apply for nominations for Communal Justices of the Peace

This Monday, in all the states of the country, the process of nominating candidates for Communal Judges and Judges of the Peace began in all the communal circuits of Venezuela, which will be taking place until November 28, with a view to the election called for December 15.
From the early hours in various entities, this application process began, which will allow the registration of the initiative of the interested parties and through the proposal of the Community Councils, Communes and Social Movements, which will register the names of candidates and candidates for these positions, after the approval of the Organic Law of Justice and Community Peace by the National Assembly (AN).
The candidate for office must be Venezuelan or Venezuelan, over 25 years of age and not be involved in judicial proceedings, nor disqualified, politically or administratively. Then, on Friday, November 29, the lists of candidates for judges and judges of the Communal Peace for each Community Circuit will be published.
By December 15, the suffrage party will only need a laminated identity card, even if it has expired. The schedule will be from 6 in the morning until there are people in line. On the day of the election, the electoral process will be shielded, with the guarantees provided by the CNE and the FANB Republic Plan. The justices of the peace will be elected in more than 5 thousand communal circuits.
