The Public Ministry (MP) summoned Edmundo González Urrutia for the second time, due to the investigation that is continuing for alleged fraud announced by the former extreme right candidate about the presidential elections of July 28, after his absence from the interview scheduled for this Monday, August 26.
The General Directorate against Common Crimes of the MP issued a second summons ballot, which is due this Tuesday, August 27, at 10:00 in the morning.
González was cited for allegedly committing the crimes of usurpation of office, forging a public document, inciting disobedience to the laws, computer crimes, criminal association and conspiracy.
