PSUV Cojedes inspected rehabilitation work at the Tinaquillo Hospital

The political teams of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in Cojedes state, together with national government authorities, inspected the progress made in the comprehensive rehabilitation work carried out at the Joaquina de Rotondaro Hospital, located in Tinaquillo.

According to information from the PSUV, these restoration efforts seek to improve hospital infrastructure and medical care in the state of Llanera.

In addition, the inspection was led by the PSUV's political liaison for Cojedes, Iris Varela, who reported that in this first stage they carried out work on pediatric and adult emergencies, remodeling, conditioning and equipping a laboratory.

“This hospital will continue to provide quality service and care to all the people of Cojedeño, in the midst of difficulties we are growing up, thanks to President Nicolás Maduro for playing on his stomach, for promoting all this attention in the midst of the gigantic battle he is fighting so that the people are not so affected, despite the threats we will continue to defend the Homeland and we are here to win,” he stressed.

He assured that these services are almost ready for their reopening, so he estimates it will be next week or when the health minister decides. “Our revolutionary government, complying with what it promised, this is a first stage that consists of waterproofing the roofs, remodeling of the hospital façade, improvements to the lighting and air conditioning system, as well as the necessary equipment for the areas, the hospital is safe,” he stressed.

In addition, he indicated that the hospital has specialists in hematology oncology, quality professionals who provide a high-level service and who have first-line equipment in technology sent by the national government to respond to citizens in matters of health.

During the tour of the hospital facilities, Varela was accompanied by the single health authority, Dr. Manuel Rodríguez, the director of the Tinaquillo hospital, Dr. Ángel León, the Organizer of the PSUV in Cojedes, John Moreno, the political teams of the PSUV, the workers of this health center and the organized Popular Power.
