PSUV Aragua begins debate and organization meetings for the Congress of the Historical Bloc

Members of the State Political Team of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) of the state of Aragua began a schedule of meetings together with the popular power and the grass-roots leadership in order to organize their participation in the Great Congress of the Bolivarian, Popular, Chavista and Socialist Historical Bloc of Venezuela in the 21st century.

This was announced by the deputy of the National Assembly and secretary of organization of the red awning in Aragua, José Gregorio Colmenares, who led a staged assembly in the town of La Victoria in the José Félix Ribas municipality with representatives of social movements in the area.

“We met to discuss with the coordinators of the social movements of the José Félix Ribas municipality ahead of the Congress of the Historical Bloc and strengthen territorial deployment and thus systematize concrete agendas of action. We met with representatives of intellectual movements, the Sucre mission, women, education, sports, farmers, housing, park rangers, educators, Somos Venezuela, Paz y Vida, animalists, tourism and communicators to reflect on the historical role of the Bolivarian Revolution and to achieve, collectively, to build the management map of the new phase of transition to socialism,” he said.

Colmenares added that the call will continue throughout the territory of the state, in each of its 18 municipalities, in order to nourish leading and inclusive participation for the generation of proposals and presence at the upcoming congress.
