PSUV: 17 years of victories at the forefront of the Bolivarian Revolution

On December 15, 2006, Commander Hugo Chávez announced the creation of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), as the political umbrella of the Bolivarian Revolution, which would become the largest in Latin America.
“This is a revolutionary Party and you have to be loyal to the Party and loyal to the Revolution,” Commander Chávez said at the time.
On March 5, 2007, Commander Hugo Chávez announced the official start of the PSUV formation process and the appointment of a Technical Committee to coordinate this process, which was made up of Diosdado Cabello, Adán Chávez, Érika Farías, Lina Ron and Jorge Rodríguez Gómez.
