The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, this Friday, March 21, reported that the Public Ministry has initiated procedures to request the extradition of Yonel Alejandro Toro Noguera, a former official of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), who is involved in the murder of rapper Tirone José González Orama, better known as Canserbero.
The MP, on his account of the social network Instagram, points out that information disseminated through different media, Toro Noguera would be among those deported from the United States to El Salvador in recent days.
In the message, Saab explains that this former official participated in the modification of the crime scene that tried to blame Canserbero for the murder of his producer Carlos Molnar, in order to release the murderers Natalia and Guillermo Améstica from responsibility.
“Because of his participation in this amendment, Toro Noguera was requested and granted an arrest warrant and red alert from Interpol for the crimes of Obstruction of the Administration of Justice, Criminal Association, Simulation of a Punishable Act, Aggravated Own Corruption,” he stressed.
It also specifies that seven people involved in this brutal crime have been sentenced to the maximum penalty (up to 25 years in prison) for the murder of Canserbero, and there are five others involved with an arrest warrant who have escaped the trial.
