The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported that during this week the preliminary hearing will be held where the brothers Guillermo and María Natalia Améstica, former officials of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC) and the pathologist allegedly involved in the crime of the singer Tyrone González, known as Canserbero, will be charged.

This was announced in the 360° program, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión, where he specified that the former CICPC officials are: Edgar Trillo, Gilbert Cruz, María Teresa Pinto and the pathologist, Solangela Mendoza.

He stressed that the above-mentioned former officials “obstructed the administration of justice, covered up the crime and partnered to commit crimes.”

“The preliminary hearing will be in the coming days, where we will charge them for the crimes of homicide classified as malevolent and for futile reasons such as co-authorship, obstruction of the administration of justice, simulation of punishable acts, false attestation before a public official and association to commit crimes,” he explained.

On the other hand, he reported that to date, 413 officials have been prosecuted for criminal acts that go against the work of a public servant, who must be the guarantor of justice.

Regarding the arrest of former prosecutor Reni Mundaraín, he described him as corrupt, since together with the former public defender, Adis Salcedo, they were contacted by Emili Pacdado, so that, for 360,000 dollars, they could serve as lawyers and defenders of the relatives of the “Warrior Boy”, who were arrested for financial conspiracy, money laundering, money laundering, and others.

In addition, in her account on the social network X, she reported that former prosecutor Roymar Contreras was arrested for the crimes of delay or intentional omission of function, with contrition to obtain the sum of money and the assumption of validity.

He explained that prosecutor 11 of Carabobo was sued by the owners of the Los Robles School in the state, for demanding large amounts of dollars from them, so as not to disfavor them in an investigation.
