Proposals for the Congress of the Historical Bloc are being evaluated in Caracas

In view of the Great National Congress of the Five Generations of the Revolution, in the parish of La Vega, in Caracas, the National Assembly of the Historical Bloc was held to collect community proposals collected in the assemblies held throughout the country.
According to the sectoral vice-president of Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, since the night of Friday, September 13, more than two thousand assemblies had been carried out, with the participation of more than 76,000 people nationwide. “During this weekend, greater mobilization of the people is expected to continue these meetings,” he said.
He stressed the importance of each organization and community uploading their discussions and proposals to the website of the Congress of the Historical Bloc https://congresodelbloquehistorico.mppp.gob.ve, which “will make it possible to advance the projects necessary for each community in the country.”
“The pedagogical bases, convened by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, seek that it be the people who decide and build the future of the State, following the legacy of Commander Chávez,” Menéndez highlighted, stating that the grassroots assemblies have addressed crucial issues for the integral development of communities, such as the response against fascism and citizen peace.
