The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, rejected this Tuesday the hostility of the Government of the United States (USA) and stressed that this attitude is harmful to the North American country itself.
“The empire is aggressive. There they are, they are the losers. We wanted to have civilized, respectful relationships. Venezuela is a free country, we are no one's colony and no one comes to nose us, to ignore us. Nobody is anyone!” , emphasized the President.
During the inauguration of the Casa de los Abuelos y Abuelas de la Patria, on Avenida Bolívar in Caracas, he stressed that “the time we were being nosed and giving orders to the country in English is over. We are free!”
He reiterated that the message of the Bolivarian Government has always been “to have relations of respect, cooperation and communication. But there (in the US) they decided to attack the whole world,” the Head of State criticized.
