The President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, congratulated the coordinators of the dialogue table of the 2015 National Assembly Dinorah Figuera and the National Government, Jorge Rodríguez, after completing the third cycle of talks.
“I salute and recognize the efforts of the parties that are seated at that Dialogue Table, to advance in the area of political guarantees for all political parties that believe in politics as an exercise to benefit the population, also in the area of the justice system and something very important that was an agreement for the release of the gold that is in England and that this gold can be used precisely for the post-earthquake recovery of June 2026,” stressed the Head of State.
He also stressed that agreeing to endorse and follow these paths in different areas is essential, however, he regretted that there are still very small groups that resist and believe that it is setting fire to the country and blocking the road for Venezuela to move forward.
“I recognize that Venezuelans and Venezuelans are promoting necessary changes and transformations through this dialogue, but I also recognize that there is a country that as a whole wants to work, that today Venezuelan women came out in the context of the month of October, the pink month of the fight against breast cancer, when common interests, sublime interests such as health and women's lives unite us, that is the Venezuela that I recognize and that I know is a good Venezuela,” said President Rodríguez.
Finally, he thanked both the representative, Dr. Dinora Figuera, representative of the 2015 assembly, and Dr. Jorge Rodríguez, president of the parliament and head of the Venezuelan delegation of the Venezuelan government, for having completed this third day and preparing the work agenda thinking about Venezuela for the next round that will take place in the month of November.
