President Putin assured that the conflict in Ukraine has acquired a global character

Last Thursday, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, denounced the responsibility of the United States (USA) in the recent escalation of attacks against his country and asserted that the conflict with Ukraine has taken on a global character after aggressions against its territory with long-range missiles provided by that country, the United Kingdom and France.

During a national broadcast, the Russian Head of State clarified that the US was the one that ruined the international security system. He also stressed that Washington is pushing the entire world towards a global conflict.

Putin also emphasized that Russia is willing to resolve problems peacefully, as he has reiterated since the beginning in February 2022 of the special operation to protect Russian-speaking civilians in Donbas and to denazifice-demilitarize Ukraine.
