This Friday, March 21, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, led the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Bolivarian Government, from the Néstor Kirchner Hall, in the Miraflores Palace, which addresses the work agenda for the activation of the 13 Productive Engines, fundamental elements that promote sustainable growth and self-sufficiency in the country.

During his speech at the beginning of the meeting, the head of state emphasized the crucial role that communal power plays in the revolutionary process, the Presidential Press reported.

“Communal Power is defined as the alpha and omega of the Venezuelan revolutionary process,” he said.

He stressed that true democracy lies in the participation of the People and ratified that each commune must be a bastion of popular power that works together with the State to build a prosperous future.

He also said that Venezuela is going through one of the most favorable moments to consolidate its political, economic and social structures.

In this regard, he pointed out that the advance of the system of self-government in communities is a reflection of the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to the inclusion and well-being of the people.

During this week, the Bolivarian Government has intensified its efforts in key areas such as national production, technological development and energy sovereignty.

Likewise, migration and human rights have been central issues on the agenda, with the Executive's priority being to guarantee the dignity and quality of life of all citizens.
