The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, commemorated this Friday the 25th anniversary of the National Experimental Polytechnic University of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (UNEFA).

Through a post made on his account on the social network X, the national president pointed out that “UNEFA, the work of our Commander Chávez, is today 25 years old. I congratulate the students, their teaching and administrative staff, who forge a liberating education that promotes the talents of our youth, setting the country on paths of dignity and greatness. A big hug! ”.

On April 26, 1999, Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías, through Decree No. 115, established the creation of the National Experimental Polytechnic University of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (UNEFA), formerly IUPFAN, with headquarters in the capital region and centers in different regions of the country.
