The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted this Friday the formation of the three-hundred-year-old generation of soldiers at the service of the People and in defense of the Homeland.

During his participation in the El Essequibo campaign maneuvers, the head of state said he was proud of the patriotic girl who trained in the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), “of her patriotic spirit, her commitment, her discipline, her dedication, her physical and intellectual capacity. We are forging the next generation of Venezuelan military,” he emphasized.

He pointed out that this forge “is very robust, solid, both doctrinally and ideologically,” which is why he highlighted the commitment to Homeland history and to the Liberators.”

“All of you are preparing for the future. The future belongs to us, you are the generations that will have to say in 2050: 'We have a free, sovereign, independent and prosperous fatherland'. You will be that three-hundred-year-old generation,” the president told the FANB cadets.
