President Maduro: We are a force, we are a historic project (+peace diplomacy)

This Friday, January 10, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, emphasized that the Bolivarian Revolution is a historic project that has demonstrated that it has its own strength and ideology, that it emerged from the roots of the struggles of the 20th century and that today it works on the permanent construction of the country.

“We are a force, an eminently popular historical project. We are a historic block that embraces a nationalist, Latin American and Caribbean ideology. She is not a foreigner,” said the Head of State during his inauguration before the National Assembly for the period 2025-2031.

In this regard, he emphasized that “we Bolivarians, the Chavistas, have our own strength and we are real; and the history of Venezuela will continue to be written in a decisive way with this force, with this project, with this spirituality, with this political culture in a decisive way.”

He specified that those who ignore us, and have always underestimated us, will continue to fail and make the biggest mistake that can be made in politics and global geopolitics.

In this way, he reaffirmed that Venezuela will continue to advance with its peace diplomacy, “in negotiations, but the daily struggle is the daily struggle, it is the real force that we multiply, no one respects the weak in this world.”

In this regard, he took the example of what happens with Canada and Panama to account for what happens when nations are weak and surrender to imperialism. “No one respects cowards, cowards are shattered, spit out and then discarded, and then discarded, and then those who make pacts with the devil, whoever understood understood,” he said.
