President Maduro: Venezuela is building a new model of popular and Bolivarian democracy

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted this Wednesday that Venezuela is at the forefront of building a new model of popular and Bolivarian democracy.

“We Venezuelans, you Venezuelans, community members, are today the vanguard in the world in the construction of the new model of democracy that will exist in the civilization of the future, in the political models of the future, and Bolivarian democracy, popular democracy, direct democracy, leading democracy is being born in Venezuela,” he said.

From the Concha Acoustic February 27, in the Simon Bolivar Park of the Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda Air Base, he recognized this national advance during the launch of the Great Mission of Grandparents and Grandmothers of the Fatherland and the delivery of funding to the People's Power.

To advance and perfect the model, the President urged Political Power and Popular Power to work on convening methods and to improve qualitatively from social cartography, the solution map and the Concrete Agendas of Action (ACA), as fundamental instruments.

“This is the true democracy of the People, for the People and with the People; and we have to improve it, expand it, perfect it, we have to feel that identity, that pride, that love for what is ours,” he reaffirmed.

In this message, the President described this historic moment as wonderful and full of popular strength, which is recharged with values and love for Venezuela.
