President Maduro: Venezuela has 246 new brands and more than a million entrepreneurs

This Wednesday, June 12, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, assured that Venezuela has defeated induced shortages and economic war; as well as allowing new brands to enter the market.
In this regard, during the National Council for Productive Economy in the Los Llanos Region, he specified that Venezuela registered the entry of “246 new brands, of new products made in Venezuela, and in parallel, 2,265 additional products were added”.
He also emphasized that today Venezuela also has 1 million 052,335 entrepreneurs who are also working to boost the country's economy.
He reaffirmed that the country is also building the route for production to export, referring to the fact that in 2023 non-traditional exports grew 392% and this year 2024 they are growing at a rate of 429%.
He highlighted that Venezuela has made a great effort against smuggling in the country. At the same time, he called for further refining the National Anti-Smuggling Plan.
